Had a GREAT TIME tonight with a lot of my old friends and class mates. Music was great with lots of oldies. Plenty of food. Thanks to all the people who helped put this reunion together. It was well organized and there were people from 1962, 1963 and 1964. Tomorrow. I am looking foward to.

Take in a QUARTER. Ring up a DIME. Five more years this Town will be MINE. The land of WHAT? Some people come here to live, some come to undermine a system for the needy. Some of the needy, need JOBS, not benifits. Sanata Claus died for them. Put a bounty on these crooks. Pay a percentage of what is recovered and the finding would be millions of dollars in savings.

Where I grew up, in our back yard there was about 100 feet of land then there were several sets of railroad tracks with trains going day and night, seven days a week. On they other side of the tracks was the main GE plant. When I visited my friend in Woodhaven, Queens, NY he live near the L trains. There was a lot of noise and ground rumbling at both places. I didn't notice it after a short time, you got use to it. Go in a room where they are cooking something it smells. You get use to it and don't even notice it. But, someone new said "what's that smell ? Or what that noise? Again your answer is I didn't even notice it.
Many of the people who live in Luther forest and the surrounding areas probably had similar experiences. Then there are the few who complain no matter what. If you don't like the way the town board makes there decisions, get up there and run for an office or better yet give some of your free time to the community.

In the 50's and 60's there was a test site where GlobalFoundries is now. They tested jet engins for the General Electric. The noise and the ground would shake. It's call progress.

The town should be happy with all the things GlobalFoundries has do to improve our town. The "demands" they want now (some of the board members) are a little to much. They should not have to pay for everything to improve the roads etc.

The work they created and the money that is going into our community and surrounding areas, speak for themself.

As always;

Joseph DiDonna Sr.

I delivered mail to Ms. Packard for 10 years. She was one fine lady. Always with a smile. Everyone in Barkerville and Middle Grove knew her and all loved her. I hope they put Packard family Homestead on the Historic Register. It has my vote.

There are no ice sheds or people fishing on the South end of Saratoga Lake that I can see from my windows. There is a big open area of water in front of my house the size of a football field. And the ice is moving away from the shore line. Spring is coming the sooner the better. Happy boating. Slips still available at So. Shore Marina 584-9125 for 2013 seaSO.

Make the homeless and people who search for recycled bottles expand there recycleables search and include all types cans and plastic bag and containers. This would save our dump and get all these products containers reused. Oh! plastic drinking cups from the fast food companies take up a lot of space in the landfills. Let some of the big companies pay to put back our natural resources to reuse. This will clean up our streets and help out people to get that added income. Some people are lazy and DON'T recycle anything.

Maybe it time for a NEW SCHOOL BOARD. This is a waste of time and energy. He said , she said. Who cares. If she is a good teacher. Does she not have freedom of speech? I say throw out the school board and let the teachers : TEACH. Big deal the kid was late and someone told him so. Some goody- too- shoe took it out of contex. let the Teacher teach.
