Surplus, that's the same as over payment. Is it not? That one of the problems we have in this country. We overpay and they find a way to spend it. Reduce spending like they do is any successful business. Oh! STOP GIVING YOURSELFS RAISES> Enough is enough. REDUCE< REDUCE

There is less traffic on Rt. 50 going to Saratoga and Glenville now. Did you forget that "GE" and Alco are mostly GONE. That's much less traffic than when people went to work and came home at a set time. The people that travel to and from the Casino will be traveling at different times.
Glenville is trying to get the developers and the city of Schenectady to pay for there dreams. So many of these people moved out of the city to have there homes in the rural area. Now Glenville get the taxes. Now they can spend it on there own town.

Global Foundries is sitting on an Aquafer that has billions of gallons of water. There are two water companies across the street from one another. The Town of Malta and the Town of Stillwater; better yet the Saratoga county should acquire them for the good of the public.

Had a GREAT TIME tonight with a lot of my old friends and class mates. Music was great with lots of oldies. Plenty of food. Thanks to all the people who helped put this reunion together. It was well organized and there were people from 1962, 1963 and 1964. Tomorrow. I am looking foward to.

Take in a QUARTER. Ring up a DIME. Five more years this Town will be MINE. The land of WHAT? Some people come here to live, some come to undermine a system for the needy. Some of the needy, need JOBS, not benifits. Sanata Claus died for them. Put a bounty on these crooks. Pay a percentage of what is recovered and the finding would be millions of dollars in savings.
