Why don't we have the death penalty in this state? This crime begs the question & if convicted, this guy deserves it.

Everyone wants lower taxes but no one is willing to give up anything to get them. Every little burg and podunk has to keep it's own PD & Fire, they all need to have their own schools and maintain their own govt. Consolidation is the way to go but you'll never convince the masses....

Great stuff. I used to work in a safe area until our wonderful Governor "restacked" us & moved us to the hell hole that is downtown Albany.

I am so sick of hearing these stories! The penalties for this and all forms of animal abuse need to be much harsher.
