I have found that rolling the bottom of my foot on a frozen water bottle helps with PF, though in the long run only time and rest seem to take care of it totally.
You should also make sure you are in the right shoes, Fleet Feet will do a gait analysis to see if you over-pronate and need a more of a stability or motion-control shoe.
I do a lot of my running on the roads...so another little safety tip. When running against traffic (like you always should)stay safely on the shoulder even when there is no traffic coming at you, I almost got hit by a van passing another car going the other way (behind me), the vans side view mirror actually grazed my shoulder.So if I see a dotted center line, I now stay well on to the shoulder.
Played this game over the holidays while at my in-laws...got caught cheating, I think I had 20 cards in my hand and I was sometimes submitting 2 cards to the "word judge". There were 11 of us playing so you could get away with it. I think I would of ended up "winning" had my methods not been discovered.
