If that was the supervisor's money he certainly wouldn't being saying that. He has no compassion for developers that have been working with the boards in Malta.
I wonder if he got a sign permit this year to sell his christmas trees. He hasn't followed the rules in year's past. Maybe someone should check on that. He thinks that he is above the law.

Was he working for the state while he was an elected official? How can he do both jobs?
