Yes, I'm not concerned about the Olender building going down, as it wasn't particularly historically significant. It's hard waiting to know about the developer. Looks like there won't be community input. There needs to be residential and retail.

Glad the pro-frackers are getting out there. I'm tired of the anti-frackers holding our lives hostage. Inexpensive power will be a boon for Americans in the form of jobs as well as more in our pockets. I am sure that the evidence shows that the dangers are not great and it has been very successfully done.
