Nobody walks on the side walks in Schenectady anymore. Every time you see somebody walking they are walking in the street. Might as well not waste the money.

They better work on their Fire and Police pension plans also. There are no companies that could survive pensions based on base pay plus overtime. The residents of Schenectady can not stand further tax increases. They are mostly fixed income people that our city government has asked to decide whether to eat, heat their homes or get kicked off their proporty because they cannot pay their taxes. Health benefits are the tip of the iceburg.
