Right on Mayor! (sarcastic) First hide the fact that people are getting attacked while attending events downtown and then announce you will now charge people a ridiculous amount for parking (on top of what they are spending on tickets, food etc) to come visit your city. Wonderful way to attract visitors. I think I will go somewhere else!

Jacob,
Organic Chemistry is not a first year chem course in college and is a known cum buster. I know nothing about who is involved in the class but it is unfair to students to be offered a course without the pre requisites. The class as offered would not be accepted as an AP course at any college and would only hurt the students. The AP Chemistry class should have been offered instead...it was a poor planning decision on the part of administration. Kudos to you for taking the course knowing it would be hard!

The middle tier gets a 1% cut while everyone else gets 4/10ths of that....guess the new middle class makes 300,000 to 2mil in NY. Must be nice for them!

I disagree that this is a good idea. The County is giving an awful lot of power over a new tax to a group with little other means to raise support. I anticipate a change of focus to enforcement of unlicensed dogs which would be very beneficial to all parties involved monetarily and no greater enforcement of Vicious dogs. It isn't in their mission and you do not need to prove good behavior to get your dog licensed. It is an added tax and takes the pressure off the city alone...who should be dealing with this problem themselves.
