I take this letter very very serious. Without the second amendment the rest don't count. If a robber or some other criminal with a gun pointed at us, I'll stand in back of some liberal with my gun at the ready. That way I'll have my gun ready to use after the liberal is done running off at the mouth and is laying dead. Then I can defend my self.

Glad to hear the gun show was a success. All the hoot-in and hollering about gun they work up the sleeping giant. Just because a firearm LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING DOESN'T MAKE IT SOMETHING IT ISN'T. When will folks understand that. Think of this---Without the second amendment the rest will not count.

You can't outrun the Troopers especially a law enforcement K-9. Didn't they ever watch the TV show where they sing "Watch you gonna do when they come for you bad boy, bad boy" Good job Troopers,Good job. All that running in the Academy did some good.

Seven years? Not enough for a man who is a predator of children and a collector of child porn. At the very least he should a gotten seven years on each count! When will these judges and DA'S get some fortitude and give longer time? They just don't want to got to trial and hear the case. They fall back on they don't want to put the child through trauma of a trial. BLAH! BOLOGNA.

This is a travesty to put it lightly. I am sick of the way government works. The down state ignorant, stupid and most important ill informed and uneducated attitude has shown it's hand. Instead of going after the criminals is MUCH EASIER to further Restrict the LEGAL and LAW-ABIDING people who own firearms. Why? Because the politicians KNOW they (LAW-ABIDING) citizens will follow the law and by passing such laws they can say "look what we did". These laws will do nothing to decrease gun violence. The politicians who sided with these gun laws should be replaced with people who are willing to educate them selves on topics before they vote. It is clear they did not in this case.

NO,NO,NO Learning issue my neck tie. It's another way for the tax payer has to pay. We as a society are NOT in the business of DAY CARE!and raising kids so parents can do what ever. The parents should be held accountable for HOMEWORK assignments!!! And hold the student accountable for homework as well. ACCOUNTABILITY! Somehow we have lost sight of ACCOUNTABILITY. Put the onus where it belongs,on the parents! And STOP blaming the teachers or some other entity. Where does the Governor expect to get the money to pay for this? Sooner or later it will be passed on down to the property owners, enough is enough period.

Good for the police! When are people going to learn you can't out run the radio. I hope they get the maximum under the law. Again, good job police, good job.

Why don't you get off the firearms and ammunition kick and get on the ILLEGAL possession of firearms by CRIMINALS? NOT RESTRICTING the LEGALLY POSSESSED FIREARMS? Is it because it's easier to restrict the person who will abide by the law? Will that make you feel good? It's a lot harder to get the laws changed for ILLEGAL POSSESSION AND USE, right? It's high time to change the law back to were they were, and let the cops get the ILLEGAL FIREARMS of the street.
