About 400 elementary- and middle-school students taking part in the Shenendehowa Inventors program will display their inventions at the former Cotton Market store at Clifton Park Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
Mikelieman - It was an error on the SPD report, not them trying to cover anything up.
Harolds - They did not run out in front of a car, they were halfway across at the yellow line when they were hit.
It should also be noted that the SPD did a preliminary investigation and that the State Police are still conducting their own investigation. Witness statements do not support the finding of pedestrian error. Both my lawyer and myself have read the SPD report. Unfortunatly there is no crime for driver inattention. That is why we must persue civil action.
mrmjs and irene, would you say the same if it were you in this situation? You both want to claim God and his mercy, yet your words show no Christian compassion. Would either of you be so bold if you had to say this to my face insead of hiding behind the anonimity of the internet? If either of you knew our family, you would be very ashamed of your comments.
I am the father of the children that were in that accident. I want to thank the Schenectady PD and Mohawk Ambulence for the quick response and great care they gave my family. Thank you to all of the people who have expressed concern, we appreciate all of your prayers.
That was my first day back to work in two and a half weeks after caring for my wife and children when she suffered a life threatening drug intraction when her doctor messed up her perscription.
nuyafknbiznas is right. These are dangerous intersection that do not have crosswalks. As for wmarincic, you want to take my kids, every one knows where I live, come and say that to my face.
