Don't feel to badly, I did the same thing myself but didn't realize it until a day or two later when I went to get my (missing) clubs out of the trunk.
Ken, thanks for your superior work all season long. I'm already looking forward to next year. As far as the TU is concerned, it is not perfect, but in my view, it is the best alternative. It's all about the teams. If we can get RPI and / or Union next year, the buzz and the crowds will be tremendous. You can look to Siena and the MAAC tournament as an analagous example.
Props to Union for turning the corner and providing some great hockey all season long and to a great group of seniors for providing the foundation upon which to build. Thanks also to you Ken for your stellar job and hard work throughout the season. Keep that tux on standby for next March!
With the program's past playoff failures finally behind them, I think this team can in a way relax, still play hard, have fun and maybe do some damage against Princeton. Go U!
I can't tell you how much of a lift finally getting that first playoff series win is to diehard Union fans. Kudos to the coaching staff, the team and especially to the seniors who really brought it in this series. Why stop now? On to Albany! Great job all season Ken, as usual. I hope you're covering the Dutchmen for a few more weeks. Go U!
