"...owner of downtown’s only florist shop..." Umm, isn't there a florist at 124 State St?

I've previously posted this whole thing elicits a yawn at best. I would like to see more stories on the actual performance of the Schenectady cops. What's the response time to calls? Is that info kept? How about that warrant backlog? Any progress? Anecdotes about drug raids don't really impress me. Are they really performing better than days of old? With all the overtime, are there anymore Dwayne Johnson's? Ms. Moore did uncover that. Tell me instead of reporting the party line that the Schenectady cops have been fixed. I hate to say it, but it's the same team running the show when John Lewis was around.

To be fair, its nonsense that he will be living at mom's on work days. This allows the Mayor to save face. He'll soon be racing home to Saratoga county every night. It should be kind of entertaining on open house Sundays assuming they still have those. Encouraging people to buy a house in Schenectady while refusing to move to Schenectady.

Have to say that in the history of transgressions by Schenectady cops, this elicits at best a yawn.

I agree, not a dime from Tirado. I am curious if the fine has even been paid.

I have a crazy idea to fix this. Hugh could retire. You know, just go away.

"In 1965, Dr. Farley was appointed to the faculty of the School of Business of the University at Albany where he advanced to Full Professor and Law Area Coordinator. In 2000, he was named Professor Emeritus of Business Law" when you show up to vote the party line it's easy!

Hugh has been cashing in for years! So what's new? Oh that's right, now even more!

I agree with Peter Butryn that taxes should be lower, but many that don't pay are landlords collecting the rent and putting it in their pocket. It's a game, how long can I get away with this before the city catches me. Shame on the city for letting it go on so long.

No more State St hill? Isn't that part of the charm of the race? The city can't get out of it's own way. Close to 2000 come to the city for the race and Schenectady is hostile to them. Perhaps the city officials should talk to the folks in Utica (Boilmaker) and Syracuse (Mountain Goat) and see how to capitalize on the race. Bet the cops will still have their hands out for the OT though. I really find Schenectady frustrating sometimes!
