New drilling only solves some of the current problem. Manipulation of the oil market has to stop and the American dollar has to be strengthened. You can open the entire North American continent to drilling, but not taking care of these other two situations will negate anything else.

As a long time employee of Capital OTB, all I can say is......no, it definitely wasn't our fault. Hopefully the patrons and racing fans will understand.

Horses start racing at too young of an age. The article accurately states that horses need to develop and mature much more before they begin their racing careers. Sadly, that will probably never happen. It really is all about the money....
