First the class action lawsuit against Stewarts, and now Price Chopper. Most likely every chain retailer operates in some underhanded way. Incidently Daily Gazette, how about trying to get an update on the Stewarts suit.

Republican candidate for governor Rob Astorino has called for a special prosecutor. If there is a special prosecutor, Hopefully, Gov. Cuomo will not get to make that appointment.

There is probably going to be some tough questions to be asked about the safety of these old school buses. Early indications are pointing to mechanical failure. What are the laws pertaining to inspection of these buses? You can bet there is going to be a scramble to update and toughen such laws and requirements.

There may even be court injunctions applied for, The lawyers will be the big winners.
