I read the mothers comments in another area news source. Her comments do not create a positive perception of the family's reputation.

As Gomer Pyle would say "Surprise Surprise Surprise". I don't think that there is a person who did not think this was a hoax. She will get very little in the way of penalty for this misdemeanor. There was the report that a theft was committed from a job related incident. Hopefully, if this proves to be true, she will spend a good amount of time in jail. Its too bad she can't be forced to pay for the six figure cost of the search.

To me, having taken care of a phone system for a previous employer, I think an overlay area code would be a no-brainer. The only real disadvantage would be that you would have to dial 10 digits to call everyone in the area code territory including your next door neighbor. The proposed map would put Albany and Schenectady in different area codes under a geographical split. There has not been a Geographical split in North America in 9 years. Those who end up in the different area code under a split would have to take their cell phones to their dealer for reprogramming, certainly an inconvience. When I was taking care of that phone system, I would on occaision get a call from a fellow employee that they could not get through to a vendor or customer. And every time with out fail, I found out the area code had changed. This would not be a problem with an overlay since everyone would keep their existing number. My predictions, it will end up as an overlay and I see 2 possibilities; either 550 or 838 as the new area code.

Trump also needs someone and he may have it Pence to help deliver victory in several battleground states. His home state of Indiana borders 2 of these states; Ohio and Michigan. 6 other states that are toss-ups are in that general region.

Every lame duck president since there have been a presidential aircraft has done this. And the expenses should be paid for by other than the taxpayers.

I just hope her claims about her disappearance are genuine. How many times have heard of cases like this where some of the claims of what happened are not supported. I have some reservations about the way she was released apparently without a struggle in her own neighborhood. The State Police spokesman said she has been cooperative and they are determined to find who did this. But remember Police investigators are well trained to handle and sift through and get the true facts. They will give the impression that they believe you, when in fact they are skeptical, and when they get to the bottom of a case, the real facts will come out.
