Didn't they cancel last year because of lack of snow? They should just scrap the whole idea of a winter festival, because apparently they're waiting for some magical ideal condition that's never going to happen.

I played on those fields as a 10yr old for the Bellevue Builders team in 1957......of course here in Rotterdam 10 years to get this done is just about the right time frame... :-/
