I agree with Mrs. Zollinger on something not mentioned in this article. She feels the budget should be "ON-LINE" on the Internet so all residents can view it. At the moment you can go down to city hall to view it but how many can take time off from work to do this. The other option is to purchase a copy at $35. That was last year's price it probably has increased.
They don't want it there too many would have access to the truth about the wastes in our city government. "Open government is a right...not a privilege. Would be nice if Stratton understood that.
