Love lasagna, and your family's version of Christmas dinner sounds great. Our family tried lasagna a few times at Christmas, and it was fabulous, but my mother, who usually prepares the big meal, prefers a roast with plenty of great veggies. This comes in handy, because my brother's fiance is a vegetarian. When we had lasagna, she had to cook two, one with veggies, and one with Italian sausage. Your blog makes me hungry!!!!

My father had the same problem, and the insurance company practically forced him to give the oxygen thing a try. He couldn't hack the mask or the noise. Eventually, we got the company to take it back. Nice idea, I guess, but not really practical for most people. Good luck
