Stacey Shinske, your google search is not impressive. Thinking money is not an issue just because you want to call the fees "The cost of doing business" proves your ignorance. In Schenectady taxes, fees, inspections, eviction costs and other "costs of doing business" are killing businesses.

This story is the worse blow by blow description I have ever read. Does the writer realize we can watch the video and see/hear what happened? Lines such as "It was only then that they realized the truth." are just being made up by the author who clearly is in no position to say what these Officers were thinking or realized at the time. At no time in the video is anyone heard saying it was a non working gun. Also you can clearly see soon as the first cop approaches and grabs the guys shirt the first thing rivera does is lift his shirt and start pulling the gun from his pocket as he is pulling away from the cop.

Also Ward is a fool, he is suggesting that the other two cops should have sat in their car and watched as the other was in danger and left him to fend for himself. What a joke, Ward is a coward who cant face the facts of life.

justapto its says, "the people" have the right not a militia and your definition of a militia is also wrong. Reread study up and post again...A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Niel how would you know what gas and maintenance cost on heavy equipment used by the fire department costs per call for service? Its not like they are taking a honda out for a drive and each fireman also has equipment that has to be maintained. Masks tanks and so on. I am sure you know even less the Kathleen Moore and that's hard to imagine.

This type of forum should have been held before the law was enacted and the peoples input should have been considered. This is not how law should be made and passed in America.
