Who cares how much the teachers make!!?? This is about kids who have absolutely no regard for other people. This is about learning and bullying. Instead of giving these little punks a "vacation" throw there butts in jail for a few days or make them do some community service picking up garbage on the streets. Might as well get them used to that as that's what most of them are going to do for the rest of their lives if their not taught respect for others!! The teachers are there to teach not control the fights. Parents need to step up. I'm sure most of us grew up fearing out parents if we ever got in trouble at school.

I wonder if superintendent Spring allows his own children to use "bad words" when talking to him or their mother. "Bad Words" are a sign of total disrespect. It should not be allowed in any school by anyone regardless of their race. Teachers are there to teach and should not have to put up with being cursed at. If the child does not want to learn and is disruptive then they should be suspended and ultimately expelled if it continues.
If it is allowed by the students why isn't it allowed by the teachers? Because that would be disrespectful.

Really Chuck..Some of these retired officers have been carrying a gun for over 30 years. Some have even taught firearms training and you somehow think their not qualified. Just because they retire does not mean they have forgotten all their training. And do you really think this new gun restriction law is going change anything? Oh wait I'm sure all the criminals will follow the law because that's what they do, Right!!

so let me get this straigt..I pay city taxes for years and my garbage gets picked up. Then the city adds a seperate garbage tax to my bill but somehow as soon as I put my garbage out it becomes the city's property even though I am paying them to pick it up so if someone takes something from MY garbage it's a crime.
There are children shooting other children in this city and the big news of the day is garbage picking??!
