He's a busy boy. Putting up siding for the Councilman-At-Large, selling used cars, I may have to check the driver of the ice cream truck, he could be doing that too, and in his spare time, he could even be running the city.
"In the Tank" ? Don't you mean in the bar ? Some members of this council are so enamored with this guy that when he says jump, they ask how high. I don't get it.
What concerns me the most is the Mayor's failure to disclose to the state his prior relationship with Red Carpet. He signed an applicant certification WITHOUT disclosing it.
There is something not right with this whole deal. I hope the AHC does a thorough investigation.
It will be interesting to see the rest of this sad story. The "other shoe" keeps dropping, and dropping and dropping. Scandals,secrets, and now criminal activity seem to be the norm of this administration.
Flabbergasted ? I would have been apoplectic. Isn't it comforting to know that our city officials are so knowledgeable about the sunshine laws ? What is the finance department doing being involved in foil requests ? Isn't that the duty of the City Clerk's Office ? This is outrageous ! Thank you Ms. Getman for bringing this to the public's attention.
