Why would we want anyone to buy another piece of property in the neighborhood, when they have already demonstrated that they are not good neighbors? Duh!
Perhaps someone could explain this idea to me: You come to a new area because it's nicer than where you used to be,(presumably) and then you proceed to make it just like the old neighborhood.
Of course I'll be accused of being anti-semetic. Yes, I am a hater, but, I hate rude, obnoxious, noisey people of all kinds equally.
To have nice neighbors, you have to be a nice neighbor.
Perhaps you'd like a chicken and hog house next to your place in the city.
