Seriously??? How about Koetzle do his job on his own without his "assistant"?? That would save money- not to speak of the ridiculous salary increase that he received when taking on his current position. Oh and how about filling the weed infested political sign catch all across from Price Chopper - It's and eyesore and my feelings are shared by many. Many that would increase tax revenue We will be at both meetings as I am sure many others will be to express these exact feelings. Just have to see if we can find out the time of the public hearing on Nov 5th It's usually a secret and a joke because decisions are already made before the meetings start.

Totally agree with both of you. Koetzle can't do his job right and spews out uninformed information. There are much more important areas in Glenville that need improving- stop playing favorites and let the small business person succeed. We found it quite funny that the sign for the new Socha building was up before it was "approved" -Do something about the weed infested political sign catch all across from Price Chopper, pave secondary roads, stop intimidating residents of a neighborhood where lights from a football field will shine in there windows late at night, .....shall I go on? Let's not forget that Koetzle felt the job was too much for him and needed an assistant - the assistant that had "retired" Tell me that wasn't a plan!!! He will never get our vote again or the votes of people in my neighborhood

This is nice. So now Chris Koetzle how about the weed infested, political sign catch all across from Price Chopper on Route 50??? Or is that for your "assistant" to address because you are not able to handle your workload on your own........

I missed this the day it was published. Are you sure you were at the right show? Everyone I have talked with that saw this amazing show was thrilled. It was fun, entertaining and I think Sydney has quite the career ahead of her.

You needed a survey to find out that people want more restaurants?? Hysterical. And more housing??? Wouldn't the use of the land on Dutch Meadows Lane be better put to use if retail establishments were allowed to build. Kind of discrimanatory to say that the survey was mostly women don't you think?? Koetzle is digging himself in deeper and deeper - grasping at strings to justify the raise he was given (and planned before the election).

I think the use of the word "cheaper" in the headline of this story is a little offensive. How about more affordable or less expensive?

I agree JJF Koetzle is certainly power hungry. He is like the big bully from high school. He has fired people, rehired people, all obviously premeditated.

If Koetzle could not think he could handle the job by himself, then why was he approved for such a large salary increase and in addition- now the Town is paying someone else to help him? We are so sorry we ever voted for him. Let's see if we really get the Applebees that is promised in the old Teresa's/Homestyle location. Hmmmm how long did it take before Panera was allowed to build?

Thank you for writing this story. Grace worked at Dr. Mele's office for many years. I was very ill as a child and she was always so kind to me and my mom. I recognized her immediately as soon as I saw her picture in the obituary. How touching yet very sad that she and her husband would pass within hours of each other. May they both rest in peace.
