There are more fuel and economically efficient, environmentally friendly and not to mention safer vehicles for the officers. This is ridiculous getting 8 miles to the gallon and not exploring other options. It is rather embarrassing...there are Hybrid SUVs that could probably get better MPG and be safer than these crown victorias...time to come into the next millinium, Commish!

Planned Parenthood is a great organization that gives women information about their reproductive rights and their health not just their sexual health!

Abortion is a medical procedure not a moral issue. As women, we have the legal right to do what we want with our bodies.

Please check with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV) because there is no such disorder as Post-Abortion Syndrome. That is made up to scare people. There is nothing scary about abortion. Do you get upset after you get a tooth pulled? No.

I am shocked that councilwoman Blanchard would even bring this issue up. Union College has done so much for developing the Schenectady Community, for example, Seward Place. Union College is one of the reasons why Schenectady hasn't even fallen off the face of planet. Have they even tried to work with Union at all on this issue? Students need places to live...Large families do too...this is discrimination to restrict housing to only certain types of families and it borders on discriminating against poorer socioeconomic families from renting...especially inlight of the recent housing bust. I am just really shocked.

He seems to jump on the "Non-Issue" band wagon..things that everyone pretty much agrees aren't popular he will cause a big raucus over it and have to alert the media to show "look I can share a statement over how Spitzer should resign or how sex offenders shouldn't be going near playgrounds". Wow, Tedisco way not to do your job...why not be in the actual Capital Building and pass the budget on time and balanced for once!
