biography

Peter was born and raised in Buffalo and began freelancing as a photographer for the Associated Press and The Buffalo News. In 1987, he moved to Watertown to take a staff position at the Watertown Daily Times. After nearly 15 years in Watertown, he moved to Schenectady to begin working for The Gazette.
