Joe has been covering Fulton County and the city of Johnstown for The Gazette for 15 years. Previously he was the assistant city editor for Schenectady County and worked as a copy editor prior to that. He has also worked as a bureau chief for The Record in Troy and a general assignment reporter for The Leader-Herald in Gloversville.
