Nieckarz is responsible for financial, human resources, accounts payable, and payroll functions. He also assists The Board of Directors of The Daily Gazette Co. He has been with The Gazette since 1980. Previous positions include payroll representative. He has an AAS Degree in Accounting from Schenectady County Community College.
