As a business reporter for the Daily Gazette, James covers issues including real estate, retail, banking, the Internet, U.S. District and Bankruptcy courts, health care, telecommunications and small business affairs. Prior to joining the Gazette, James worked for the Westerly Sun on the Rhode Island shore and the Watertown Daily Times in northern New York. James graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a bachelor's degree in journalism. He is a north Jersey native.
