No one should force you to be injected with questionable and possibly toxic substances. Do the research but make sure it is information not put forth by Big Pharma as that would be fllled with half truths and outright lies.It is much better to arm yourself with extra vitamin C and D to boost your immune system rather than diminish its response from the toxins in vaccines. There are other immune boosting tactics such as chiropractic adjustments and boosting your nutrition by eliminating sugars, etc.

I have older family members in the healthcare profession (including 2 RN's and a cardiologist). None of them ever got the flu shot. They said it's not needed because their immune system has been built up over the years in dealing with so many patients. Their advice: wash your hands! And wash them again! Besides, vaccines harbor mercury-laden preservatives that can build up in your body and the new nasal mist versions contain a live version of the virus which, under certain circumstances, cause the flu and spread the flu. Imagine that. One of them said this is a big bonus for pharmaceutical stocks. The New York State Pension Plan is heavily invested in drug companies. Interesting.
