2AM is late enough for a bar to be open. If you want to drink later then that do it at home. If you work until midnight that still gives you time to have a couple of drinks before going home. If you want to socialize, there are restraunts etc. But 2AM is plenty late enough. If you are a bar owner up the prices too make up for the cupole hours loss of business.

Either change the state law or leave it alone.
And why make Spa bar owners suffer, not to mention their customer either going to clubs in other communities all together, or driving their half in the bag at 2 am to get another drink.
Drinkers will drink, no matter what time you close the bars. Prohibition proved that to be an axiom.
