Ryans budget plan and tax plan are simple and bassic. People over 55 would not be affected in any way. People under 55 would have the "option" to buy into an HMO private insurance to have better care at a lower price and also lowering the cost on everyone, Not like Obama who dumped 50 million non payers in the system and make the taxpayer pay for them.
His tax plan is simple, two tiers. If you make more than $250.000 you pay 25% tax rate period, no loopholes no deduction. If you make under $250.000 you pay 10% no loopholes no deductions.
People like the billionairs who are now only paying about 12% would have their taxes doubled, people like Romney, Obama and Buffett.
