Does this discourage you from betting on the horses?
Why would this discourage anyone's compulsion to gamble..especially horses. The State, the bookies, they take what they want and always will. People are addicted, just like crack. The State... as a whole has been taking "Too Large of a cut from us" for many, many years....I am so discouraged....
