We're visiting Saratoga National Cemetery to remember those who gave their lives in service of this wonderful country.

To MDogsMom... I do that every year over Memorial Day Weekend. I can't get to my parent's graves, so I walk around Saratoga National Cemetery, put flowers on the youngest men and women's graves and say a prayer. It sure makes you feel good to do something worthwhile like that.

I am going to spend a lot of time in the gym training hard eating protein bars and drinking protein shakes I can't wait. I know all you other people out there eat and drink and get fat, remember you only have 1 body
