The same people that thought Stratton needed a raise! In financial distress they dole out raises. No conscious. Keep taking the public's hard earned dollars for their own gain and wealth. No public servant deserves a salary above $40,000 a year. Enough is enough. How much do these people need to live comfortable.

This "over payment" is due to trying to compete with private industry for the top talent. If they could have attracted the same level of proficiency, competance and experience for a much lower salary I am sure they would have done that years ago.
