April to September, Claritin is my best friend! As if the usual grass and flower pollens weren't enough to make us all stuffed up, those awful pesticides people insist on sprinkling over their lawns are blowing through the air and cause our allergies to be magnified many times over! Talk about polluting the air!

I eat local honey all year long and it seems to provide some immunity when it comes to tree pollen in the spring and ragweed in the fall. Before I started taking the honey it was much worse.
