A racist is a racist is a racist. As long as we use race as an issue race will always be an issue. Unfortunately the Democrats have a 60 vote majority and we will probably have this racist on the Supreme Court. God help America!!!

She said only a few short years ago that it IS the courts job to make policy. Now, amazingly she has changed her mind - NOT. If she was a politician she'd be crucified for changing her mind the way she has. She attempted to make policy with the firefighters case that was JUST overturned by the Supreme Court. But, since she's the mighty Obama's choice for the court and a woman and a Latino - 2 minorities in 1 person - she's getting away with it.
