They'll represent upstate as much as our U.S. Senators (and for that matter, our federal tax dollars) do.

The state government leadership couldn't find upstate New York without a GPS, a map or a driver. They don't understand the upstate culture, lifestyles, or its people. What we have is "taxation without representation". And now, we are expected to support the selection of an unqualified, uninformed, and undeserving Caroline Kennedy to replace the carpet bagger Hillary Clinton in the U.S. Senate.

It remains to be seen ... one can hope we won't be shortchanged.
