This is the first incident with fatalities in over 2 years. Flying may be annoying but it is the safest way to travel.

what got me was according to the press the reports say that the poliot of the " commuter" type of plane had the "auto pilot' on...If i can fly in a fullsize plane...I'd rather drive or take the trsin...screw those small flying cracker boxes..but that's just my opinin...as i have been in bush planes in Alaska before....Go Rats !!

The instrument rating for flying a bush plane is quite different than flying a commuter plane. An exact course needs to be maintained in commercial, commuter travel, where as bush flying you can wing it a bit, so to speak.
