You'd think road crews would anticipate a little more and put some salt/dirt down. It was very slippery. But I'm sure it will be fine for the ride home.

I personally feel the road crews do an outstanding job and should be commended for trying their best to keep up with the wicked road conditions of this morning. As of last night the weathermen were predicting 2-4 inches in Sch'dy, but I measured 8-1/2" on my back patio after the snow stopped falling this afternoon! I know where I live in Glenville that the road crews were out during the height of the storm and I can still hear the trucks in the neighborhood this evening! If anyone thinks they can do better, I'm sure the road crews in any town would gladly accept some additional help... only then maybe you'll see how difficult their job really is.
