Shen students’ inventions to be part of annual Winterfest

About 400 elementary- and middle-school students taking part in the Shenendehowa Inventors program will display their inventions at the former Cotton Market store at Clifton Park Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

It wouldn't be a bad idea to let Paterson appoint someone, but that wouldn't be legal under the current system -- that's not what's in the state constitution.

I think NY constitution should be changed to be the same as the US constitution. When the VP leaves or becomes President the VP is replaced by the President nominating a replacement and the Senate confirming the replacement.
