Spitzer, due to his past history as a prosecuter, should be prepared, and has; to be governed by the same set of rules as any one else.

Unfortunately, most people can't really read and understand the substance of a poll. The key word in your poll is "allegedly". Since, we do not yet know that there is sufficient evidence to prosecute. The poll, therefore is premature.

My two cents.

I think he betrayed the people of NY as well as his family. Everytime I hear oh what a tragedy...I think, don't they mean...oh what betrayal.
