Irene through Tonko's lens
On Aug. 28 2011, U.S. Rep. Paul Tonko began taking photos of the impact Hurricane Irene was having on the Capital Region. He continued to do this as he traveled through the wreckage that spanned throughout his Congressional district and eventually used the photographs to let his colleagues know about the need for help.
