U.S. Rep. Paul Tonko, D-Amsterdam, presents Mark Frey, second cousin of Father Anthony Sidoti, with a posthumous Four Chaplains Humanitarian Award for his cousin at The Four Chaplains Memorial Service at the First Reformed Church in Schenectady on Sunday.
