English Garden Bed & Breakfast
Nearly everyone seems to enjoy their stay at the English Garden Bed & Breakfast in the Stockade section of Schenectady, and if owner Virginia Bohn’s Canadian visitors leave feeling especially satisfied, there’s a very good reason. Posted on November 25, 2012.
The English Garden Bed & Breakfast, at 205 Union St. in the Stockade district of Schenectady, was built sometime around 1765 by John Sanders.
Virginia Bohn has been proprietor of the English Garden Bed & Breakfast at 205 Union St. in the Stockade since January 2007.
The British Royal coat of arms, inscribed sometime just prior to the American Revolution, is still clearly distinguishable in the Federal/Ballroom fireplace.
