Eighties! Courtney Erickson and his friends at Linton High School were living in the ’80s.
That meant pizza and chicken wings at the Fireside Pizzeria on Eastern Parkway. And visits to the old Rugby grocery store at the corner of Phoenix Avenue and Rugby Road. Music was also in the mix, with artists such as Depeche Mode, U2, Genesis and Don Henley on compact discs and in Walkman cassette players. Erickson, one of the organizers behind this coming weekend’s 25th anniversary class reunion, is looking forward to seeing old friends and telling old stories.
