Chef Gail Sokol visited Schoharie Elementary on Monday afternoon, and presented an interactive assembly for K-6 students called, “Thinking Outside the Lunchbox.” First grader Emma Mansheffer looks on with amazement at Chef Sokol prepare a healthy dish of chicken fingers, with yogurt, paprika and breadcrumbs in a bag, during the presentation.
