The Dillenbeck House, at 1511 New Scotland Road, was built in 1876 and used for the filming of “Ironweed” in 1986 and ’87. The home is owned by Marc and Eileen Tryon.
One of the oldest items remaining in the Dillenbeck House at 1511 New Scotland Road, is the hall tree — a combination coat rack, umbrella stand, mirror and seat — which is in the main foyer of the house.
The Tryons spent a year renovating the interior of their home after purchasing the house in 1993 from Garrett Dillenbeck.
