Spring Run Trail open
The Spring Run Trail, a one-mile walking and bicycle pathway, was formally opened by city officials on Thursday.
The paved trail starts in Saratoga Springs at East Avenue near the Excelsior Avenue intersection and extends east to the Northway. Posted on November 19, 2010.

Bill Healey, a native of Saratoga Springs, was one of the first to walk along the Spring Run Trail following its official grand opening ceremony on Thursday afternoon near East Avenue. The trail continues east for just over a mile to I-87.
