Crystal Collins of Cobleskill and Andrew Cortese of Berne recently completed the Cosmetology and Commercial Construction/Heavy Equipment programs, respectively, at the Capital Region BOCES Career & Technical School in Schoharie. They are pictured being honored as Outstanding Students of the Year at the school's awards ceremony. Both students were cited as excellent students who were leaders in class and are active in their communities.
