Jose Galvez, right, of Schenectady, who recently completed the Food Services program at the Capital Region BOCES Career & Technical School in Albany, is presented with that campus' Joseph N. Fuchs Award for Uniquely Challenged Students by his teacher, Chef Scott Cooper. Galvez was also named outstanding student of his Food Services class, taught by Cooper.
