One mile from Route 7, two from the Albany Airport, minutes from the Northway, and just over a rickety, red, single-lane bridge, awaits the Niska Isle Estate. The 3,200-square-foot main house was built in 1937 by J. Leslie Schoolcraft, a
Union College graduate who prospered in the gas and oil business. Its style is reminiscent of Frank Lloyd Wright.
